The Common Thread for The Cure Foundation Gratefully Acknowledges Sponsors for Their Generous Support

The Common Thread for the Cure Foundation is proud to announce that six companies have achieved Legacy Benefactor status, the highest level of donor sponsor recognition. Each of these companies has accumulated a minimum of $100,000 in donations throughout the history of the Foundation. The Foundation supports individuals fighting breast cancer who are affiliated with the furnishings and design industries by offering financial assistance through confidential grants.

Legacy Benefactors include:

  • AHF Products, Crossville (www.ahfproducts.com), based in Crossville, Tennessee, is a leading supplier of porcelain, glass, and stone tiles and surfaces for both commercial and residential use.

  • Mayer Fabrics (https://www.mayerfabrics.com/), based in Indianapolis, Indiana, for more than 100 years their fabrics have provided solutions that meet or exceeds customer’s expectations. They offer exceptional, stylish textiles at a great value.

  • Momentum Group (www.momtex.com), based in Irvine, California, is a leading supplier of contract textiles and wallcoverings to the commercial interiors industry.

  • OFS Brands (www.ofs.com) , based in High Point, North Carolina, is a family owned contract furniture manufacturer dedicated to crafting experiences and products that contribute to places where people want to be. They are the leaders and innovators of hospitality industry furniture, custom hospitality furniture and contract furniture.

  • Valley Forge Fabrics (www.valleyforge.com), based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a leading supplier of textiles, window fabrications, and bedding to the hospitality industry.

  • Versteel (www.versteel.com), based in Jasper, Indiana, is a leading supplier of American-made versatile products and solutions for working and learning environments.

The grants are intended to enhance quality of life and can be used to meet any financial obligations, household needs and transportation to medical appointments. Our grants help provide freedom from financial stress so cancer survivors can maintain as normal a lifestyle as possible.”

 


 

About The Common Thread for the Cure

 
A 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, The Common Thread for the Cure Foundation was established in 2000 by Suzann Burkhead-Bray and Scott Burkhead in memory of their sister, Sandra Burkhead Campbell, who lost her long-term battle with breast cancer in February 1999. The organization has awarded more than 360 grants to recipients in 37 states, Canada, and Mexico—and the number is increasing each year. Raise your hand and join us.
