This apple cider vinegar and lemon water recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients. I prefer this to any harsh ACV shots because this drink recipe combines apple cider vinegar with water. By diluting the ACV the drink immediately becomes much more palatable and truly enjoyable. 

Being that it is diluted there should be less concern for damage to tooth enamel. The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar is extremely strong and when taken directly from the bottle could damage the enamel of your teeth. 

Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Water Ingredients 

To make this drink you will need the key ingredients of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, plus maple syrup, and room temperature water.

  • room temperature water, preferably filtered
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice, or juice from one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Aim to use fresh lemon juice squeezed from fresh lemons, over the bottle stuff. For the apple cider vinegar, the type of vinegar does matter. Make sure to use Braggs, organic unfiltered ACV with the ‘mother’. It’s available online here: Braggs ACV.
